General Conditions

· Cancellation at least 15 days in advance.
· Date change 10 days in advance.
· Loss of deposit after this period.
· Daily cleaning service is only for rooms. In apartments, sheet change is offered every 3 days and towel change daily.
· We will only attend during office hours, except in case of an emergency.
· Check-in time from 3 pm to 6 pm and check-out until 11 am.
· It is an essential condition to pay 50% before arrival as a deposit to confirm the reservation, either through bank operation or credit card. Once the pre-reservation is made, a period of 3 days will be given for the payment of the deposit.
· The remaining 50% will be paid on the day of arrival, once the accommodation has been seen.
· Do not forget to bring an ID card or passport for each person staying (except for minors) on the day of arrival.
